A networking event will be organized in Malta on February 16th focusing on QuantERA Call 2017. Aim of the event is to allow researchers to exchange ideas in order to form/strengthen consortia for the project proposals of Quantum Technologies. Participation is free of charge. Register now!
Results of the QuantERA Proposers’ Day in Malta
On February 16th, 2017 more than 100 participants attended the QuantERA Proposers’ Day in Malta.
The meeting started with a presentation of the QuantERA Network given by the Programme Coordinator, the National Science Centre from Poland. The following remarks of Sir Peter Knight – the Chair of the QuantERA Strategic Advisory Board – provided the participants with a valuable insight into the activities planned by the European Commission for the field of quantum technologies, namely the Quantum Flagship.
The agenda of the event focused on the presentation of the QuantERA Call 2017, mainly the scientific scope and the eligibility criteria set forth in the Call documentation.
The meeting ended with a successful networking session during which attendees had a chance to present their ideas for QuantERA projects and search for potential partners.
