Pursuant to art. 13 of the European GDPR nr. 2016/679, personal data processed through QuantERA website complies with data privacy legislation and, in particular, the processing of personal data is aimed exclusively at the use of the service offered and is strictly connected to the execution of institutional activities or anyway related to QuantERA project activities.
Those data is processed on the privacy principles of GDPR: processed fairly, lawfully and in a transparent manner; used only for limited, specified stated purposes and not used or disclosed in any way incompatible with those purposes; adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary; adequate, relevant and, if necessary, up-to-date; not kept for longer than necessary; and kept safe and secure.
Specific security measures were implemented to prevent disclosing, mishandling or incorrect and unauthorized use of personal data.
